With our onsite technician available to supply both landline and email advice and our network of technicians countrywide, it is our policy to make sure that any problems that arise are taken care of promptly.

We take great pride in our product, and while we understand that sometimes faults can occur, we go the extra mile to make sure the fitness goals of our customers are not delayed any longer than absolutely necessary. We carry an extensive range of spare parts and our products carry a comprehensive warranty. Those customers that find their product is out of its warranty limits will find that we are still committed to helping and can arrange parts and service at a more than reasonable cost.
